This mini sampler is the perfect way to get to know caviar. Ideal for 3-4 people to experience various caviars, especially when served with various accoutrements such as hard-boiled egg, crème fraîche, etc. We had three people in our party, and each of us had a different favorite out of the three samples, along with a spirited discussion on the merits of each.
