All orders are final and non-refundable.

Any claim related to quality issues must be submitted via email to hello@calvisius.com within 24 hours from delivery receipt, indicating a legitimate reason. Our customer service team will contact you back within 24 hours Monday through Friday.

Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Please keep all packaging intact for returns. Once a claim is reviewed and accepted by Calvisius, we will reship merchandise.

Discount coupons may not be applied toward the purchase of gift cards.

    • Orders under $99 → $49.99
    • Orders $100–$299 → $29.99
    • Orders $300+ → Free

    Non-Fresh Products — Ground Shipping

    • Orders under $300 → $19.99

    Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico

    Fresh Products — Overnight Shipping

    • Orders under $300 → $59.99

    Shipping & Delivery Guidelines

    • If your cart includes any Fresh product, only Overnight Shipping is available (to guarantee freshness).

      • Fresh products: caviar, caviar gift sets, lingotto, caviar salt, crème fraîche, butter, etc.
      • Non-Fresh products: blini, tinned fish, tin opener, mother-of-pearl spoon, accessories, edible gold, etc.

    Processing & Transit

    • Orders placed before 11 AM EST ship same day; after 11 AM ship next business day.
    • No Saturday delivery.
    • Orders placed Friday–Sunday ship Monday.
    • No deliveries on National holidays or Mondays.
    • We do not ship to PO boxes.

    Carrier & Delivery

    • Shipped via UPS Next Day Air (no signature required).
    • Drivers may withhold delivery if no one is available; redelivery must be arranged with UPS.
    • For special occasions, order at least 7 days in advance.
    • Tracking is provided upon shipment (may take a few hours to activate).
    • Once shipped, delivery timing is subject to UPS, weather, and volume conditions.

    Packaging & Storage

    • Caviar ships in recyclable, compostable packaging with ice packs (temperature maintained 48–72 hours).
    • Inspect immediately upon arrival and refrigerate promptly.
    • Unopened vacuum-sealed tins keep up to 90 days at 28–40°F (store in the coldest part of the fridge).
