Processing & Transit

Orders placed before 11 AM EST ship same day; after 11 AM ship next business day.
No Saturday delivery.
Orders placed Friday–Sunday ship Monday.
No deliveries on National holidays or Mondays.
We do not ship to PO boxes.

Carrier & Delivery

Shipped via UPS Next Day Air (no signature required).
Drivers may withhold delivery if no one is available; redelivery must be arranged with UPS.
For special occasions, order at least 7 days in advance.
Tracking is provided upon shipment (may take a few hours to activate).
Once shipped, delivery timing is subject to UPS, weather, and volume conditions.

Packaging & Storage

Caviar ships in recyclable, compostable packaging with ice packs (temperature maintained 48–72 hours).
Inspect immediately upon arrival and refrigerate promptly.
Unopened vacuum-sealed tins keep up to 90 days at 28–40°F (store in the coldest part of the fridge).

Flavor Notes

Beluga Cuvée is the latest addition to our collection — a caviar born from the union of two majestic sturgeon species. Huso huso, or Beluga, the rarest and most prized variety, known for its large, oval-shaped eggs, and Transmontanus, or White Sturgeon, featuring a refined, elegant expression of oceanic notes, resulting in a truly exceptional caviar experience.

This is the quintessential caviar, meant to be enjoyed on its own with the full attention it deserves. We recommend pairing it with the finest sparkling wines.

Time required to harvest: 12 years

Shelf life: 90 days, unopened, from ship date

Love it!

All of Calvisius caviar is delicious but the Beluga Cuvée is my favorite. I recently served it to my friends who enjoy caviar but never had Calvisius. They loved the beluga cuvée. Besides a glass of champagne, this caviar needs no accompaniment. It’s for true caviar lovers. It does not disappoint.

This caviar had no scent and little fish taste. Only my second trying caviar but it was not as I expected; very little brininess and no fishy taste. I would order again

Amazing!! First-timer but won’t be a last-timer! Delicate and delicious! Served on the Beluga Cuvée on toast points with a little crème frâiche. Delicious!! Tucci in Italy did not lie!

Exquisite!

We tried Beluga Cuvée, definitely it is a superior variety, very intense briny flavour and buttery feel. We had it over scrambled eggs one evening and on blinis another time.
